I print the template, draw them in pencil, ink them with pen, erase the pencil lines... Scan into photoshop, clean it up; color with photoshop and add all of the text stuff back in + logo ;)

Yeah, have a few more planned with characters from the comic series, the 80's/90's cartoon, and the action figure line... Just haven't scheduled them in yet...
